O Bioma Food Hubthe innovation and business center for the food sector, announces Product Future Food, an immersive journey of four meetings to explore the trends and tools shaping the future of food.
All meetings will be aimed at professionals in the food and beverage sector, food entrepreneurs and startups, product designers, food scientists, innovators, creators, students and enthusiasts of the future of food
Workshop Content
The first meeting will be held on April 23rd, from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, and will feature the theme “Dive into the Future of Food”.
This workshop will offer tools and concepts to drive food product innovation, as well as decipher the megatrends shaping the future of foodservice and share inspiring stories of companies that have reinvented the sector.
The second workshop will take place on April 30th, also from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm, and will focus on the exhibition of “Cases and Trends in Action”, featuring success stories of companies that revolutionized the way people eat, the latest trends in foodtech, agtech, artificial intelligence and more.
The third meeting, called “Hands on: Developing Products of the Future”, is scheduled for May 8th from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm and will propose practical challenges to stimulate creative thinking and problem solving aimed at developing food products . Furthermore, it will encourage team collaboration to develop innovative solutions for the future of food and the prototyping and validation of ideas.
Finally, the fourth and final workshop, which will be held on May 14th at the same time as the previous ones, will bring “Insights” from the Future of Food SXSW2024 – Trilha Food, covering an in-depth view of the trends that shape the future of food and the development of new products
The last day will also be responsible for proposing reflections on the impact of trends on the future of the food market.
