Pontofrio is back. The company, which had been renamed Ponto in 2021, announced that it will once again adopt its official name.
The first name change took place in a movement by the former Via Varejo, currently Grupo Casas Bahia, which promoted some changes to the group’s brands. At the time, the change was not very well received by the public and, now, the company used its Instagram account to announce that it was once again Pontofrio.
“I just left a meeting and I have news: the name Pontofrio is back ? The achievement is ours, Pinautas ?They even tried to change it, but this is the best way, right? Now call me the way you were used to, Pin do Pontofrio ?”, says the publication.
