The meeting took place last Saturday (27), at Ibirapuera Park, and was also attended by experts
Makers promoted a meeting of 90 marketing leaders last Saturday (27), at Ibirapuera Park, with Wellness Day.
The event aimed to discuss issues such as well-being in the workplace, encouraged by data collected by the MIT Sloan Management Review, which found that 81% of workers face some form of burnout.
In addition to executives, the meeting was also attended by experts such as Dr. Luiz Riani, a specialist in sports and behavioral medicine, and Renata Rivetti, a specialist in corporate happiness. Both were in charge of lectures for guests.
“Bringing together so many influential leaders on a Saturday to discuss mental health in the workplace not only shows the strength and unity of our community, but also underscores the critical importance of this topic in today’s corporate world. We are committed to shining a light on this issue “, said Thiego Goularte, founder of Makers.
Among the activities, Wellness Day also promoted a yoga class with sound healing outdoors, on the park’s lawn.
The event highlighted Makers’ ability to lead vital discussions and promote a healthier and more conscious corporate environment.
