A Granado Ice Cream, which was a hit in the summer in Rio de Janeiro, arrives in the city of São Paulo. The ice creams, inspired by Granado fragrances, will be available at Granado da Oscar Freire and Granado Shops Jardins stores, located in the west of Terra da Garoa, from May 8th.
The menu has eight flavors, available in ice cream and sorbet (water-based dessert) versions. Among them are:
- Bossa: sorbet with coconut milk and pieces of passion fruit coconut, balancing the sweet with the acid.
- Vanilla: vanilla bean-based ice cream with nutmeg flour, providing a salty touch.
- Black Tea and Bergamot: ice cream that combines black tea, milk and tangerine.
- Tahiti Lemon and Neroli: ice cream with pulp and zest of Tahiti lemon, Sicilian lemon and orange.
- Figo: ice cream made from a mixture of milk and fig jelly.
- Damask Rose: vegan strawberry jelly sorbet with rose water.
- Tropical Period: vegan cashew sorbet with touches of cardamom.
- Leather: ice cream with 100% cocoa and red fruit jelly, combining intense chocolate and blackberry and strawberry acidity.
- Splendor: ice cream with vanilla bean and salted caramel sauce.
- Intense Boil: chocolate ice cream with 100% cocoa, cachaça and cointreau (liqueur).
The artisanal production, carried out by the Sorvetiño brand, uses fruit pulp without preservatives, artificial colors and aromas. These desserts will be sold in a cone, for R$25, a cup, for R$18, and a 350g pot, for R$45. Additionally, in stores it will be possible to purchase items from the accessories line, such as placemats, pins , thermal bag, canvas bag and recipe book.
In Rio de Janeiro, Sorveteria Granado exceeded sales expectations, with more than 600 units sold just on the opening weekend of the store in Ipanema.
The initiative seeks to provide a sensorial experience for consumers, allowing them to discover the ingredients present in the colonies through taste.
