The trailer for Fantastic Beasts: Secrets of Dumbledore was made available in its officially dubbed version on social media yesterday, February 21st. The film is the third production in the franchise that began in 2016 with Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, which in turn is a Harry Potter spin-off series.
Check out the dubbed version of the Fantastic Beasts: Dumbledore Secrets trailer:
“Professor Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) knows that the powerful dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Mads Mikkelsen) is moving to take control of the wizarding world. Unable to stop him alone, he enlists magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) to lead an intrepid team of wizards, witches and a courageous Muggle baker on a dangerous quest in which they encounter fantastical beasts old and new and clash with Grindelwald’s growing legion of followers. But with so many threats, how long can Dumbledore remain on the sidelines?”
The trailer confirms some important and already known names of the Brazilian dubbing giving voice to the main cast of the film. The main one, which can be heard right at the beginning of the narration, is that of Alexandre Moreno, who returns to voice Jude Law in the role of the wizard that gives the film its name, Dumbledore.
It is worth remembering that the trailer for the next film in the Fantastic Beasts franchise had already been released before, at the end of last year. However, viewers who do not like the subtitles so much could not officially check how the dubbing of the film was at the time.
In addition to the dubbed trailer, some posters were also released:
