Vórtx has chosen Daniela Cicarelli, presenter, athlete and investor, for the Formal Consultation 4.0 campaign, which launches the resource that allows investors of infratech funds to vote using WhatsApp. The initiative represents the brand’s first major move in communication after its rebranding, carried out last year.
With the new solution, Vortx wants to simplify capital market processes. Voting by shareholders, important for defining the next steps in fund management, is one of the pains of the industry. In the past, letters were used, a process that has migrated to emails and, more recently, to apps, in some companies.
“We saw an opportunity there to uncomplicate this relationship: we decided to reverse the path of things, instead of taking the investor to download another application (among the dozens of applications that we already have on our cell phone) or to log in to a platform complex via the web, we chose to take the formal consultation of the funds we manage to the investor, that is, on WhatsApp”, says Juliano Cornacchia, CEO of Vórtx.
Lasting for 3 months, the campaign includes a pay TV movie (GloboNews), online media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and influencers such as Faria Lima Elevator, which creates memes about the “Faria Limers”.
