The São Paulo operation of Artplan presents a new formation in its creative team. The new phase is marked by the promotion of Luiza Valdetaro and Roberta Moraes to executive creative directors. Both professionals have held the role of Project Creation and New Business Directors for two years at the agency, which also welcomes the duo Jaime Agostini and Vinicius Turani as Creative Directors. The new team of leaders in São Paulo will respond to national CCOs Rodrigo Almeida (Monte), Marcello Noronha and Rafael Gil.
Luiza Valdetaro’s career, which has worked for agencies such as SUNO, Talent, Loducca and FCB, includes working on large accounts such as NIVEA and Santander, as well as receiving awards such as Cannes, One Show, Clio and El Ojo. The professional, a writer by training, has 16 years of experience. Roberta Moraes (ex-Fischer, NeogamaBBH, Loducca and SUNO), Luiza’s partner in the role, has 22 years of experience and has served companies such as Santander, Nextel, Ambev and Natura. Together, the executives have already won a Grand Effie.
“As directors of Project Creation and New Business, we saw enormous power in Artplan, one of the agencies that has gained the most new clients for 10 years. We are happy to also see us as a power to bring even more creative quality to our clients. We are happy and excited to work with three CCOs of this size, and with so many incredible DCs and creatives on the team”, comments LURO, as the duo Luiza and Roberta are known.
To complement the new structure, Artplan brings Jaime Agostini (ex-Wunderman, Y&R and VMLY&R) and Vinicius Turani (ex-Don, FCB and Cravero, in Argentina, and Africa and F/biz) as new Creative Directors. Both arrive from WMcCann, with a portfolio of work done for relevant brands. Jaime, who among other awards won the Grand Effie 2023 with Buscapé, for Vivo, has also served clients such as Grupo Petrópolis and Mastercard, while Vinicius has already looked after brands such as ESPN, Itaú, Itaipava, Mastercard, Seara and Sam’s Club, among others.
These professionals join the others who have already been part of the creative team for a year and a half. They are the recently formed creative director duo, Paula Esteves (Pek) and Pedro Maneschy, and also Mayara Sauer, Content director.
“Artplan has been making continuous investments in creativity, and this is another great example. The new creative leadership of Artplan SP fills us with pride for the talents brought together, but beyond that, for the incredible people they are. You feedbacks of customers and prospects of the agency could not be more positive about this great achievement”, point out national CCOs Monte, Marcello Noronha and Rafael Gil.
