The championship will feature the participation of 11 clubs, including newcomer Marília, and a prize pool of R$3.2 million
Centauro announced that it will be home to Paulistão Feminino Sicredi 2024 for the second year in a row. The broadcasts will take place on the YouTube pages of Centauro and Camisa 21, NWB’s football channel.
The first broadcast will take place this Tuesday (21), with the match between Corinthians and Taubaté, at 7:30 pm, at Parque São Jorge, in São Paulo.
“We support women’s football, contributing to the passion on and off the field. Centauro is present in the journey of all women, whether fans or athletes. We count on everyone’s audience and will follow each game to see who will lift the trophy”, explained Gustavo Furtado, General Manager at Centauro.
The brand will have a team of football experts during the broadcasts, with a squad formed by NWB made up of names such as Marília Galvão, presenter of the Desimpedidos and Camisa 21 channels, and Elaine Trevisan, the first woman to narrate the Premier League in Brazil , on ESPN.
“Women’s football content is extremely rich and generates visibility for the category during the championship. Our proposal is to expand the narrative to content that involves the sport as a whole, bringing curiosities, history and in-depth information”, said Ana Mayumi, content coordinator from NWB.
This year, the championship will have the participation of 11 clubs, including newcomer Marília, and a prize pool of R$3.2 million.
