The production company aims to deepen narratives and tell inspiring stories
The production company Miss Sunshine Films opens its doors in São Paulo, with Krysse Melo, Mariana Youssef, Marcia Branco and Morena Koti as partners.
Miss Sunshine will work in the areas of advertising and entertainment, incorporating talent, diversity and new tools into projects, aiming to deepen narratives and tell inspiring stories.
“To drive significant changes in this market, we need more female leaders, including owners of production companies. It’s no surprise that we chose to set up an operation with 100% female ownership and that can serve as a training and inspiration hub for future leaders market”, says Krysse Melo.
The team of stage directors will include Hanna Batista, Ilka Cyana, Jessica Queiroz, Mariana Youssef and Moira Soares. Marcia Branco and Ana Flavia Di Luca will head the advertising executive production, while Morena Koti will head the entertainment executive production. There are already advertising projects being developed and will soon be announced. In entertainment, the team is working on works such as “Viúvos”, “Não Me Ame Tanto” and “Carne de Arara”.
