Signed by Gray Brasil, the piece shows little ones with their reactions and questions about the electric car
Volvo announced the launch of the EX30, the automaker’s new electric car, with a campaign that aims to highlight that children will benefit most from electrification.
The piece, signed by Gray Brasil and titled “Pequenos ‘Grandes’ Reviews”, stars a group of children who show their reactions and the questions they have about the vehicle.
The first surprise for little ones is the silent engine and the second point that catches their attention is the information that the EX30 is made with recycled materials, such as windows, blinds and fishing nets. At the end of the film, they sign the campaign with the phrase “To find out more, consult a child”.
“When a car is launched, the various review videos start on the internet, and from this insight came the idea of bringing children to comment on the arrival of the Volvo EX30, 100% electric, which is a car that reflects all the brand’s thinking, putting the safety of people’s lives comes first”, explained André Gola, ECD at Gray Brasil.
Mirella Cambrea, Volvo’s marketing director in Brazil, also stated that the children’s message in the film reinforces the automaker’s position in Brazil, which since 2021 has been fully committed to the electrification of its models.
“It is impossible to talk about the EX30 without thinking about current and future consumers. The EX30 is a car designed to be extremely safe, as every Volvo is, and which aims to be as sustainable as possible and serve those who care about the world that you will leave to your children and grandchildren today”, said Mirella Cambrea, Volvo’s marketing director in Brazil.
