A Heineken has just revealed a new feature that promises to transform consumers’ experience in bars: Hei, the busboy made with friendly intelligence. Unlike current trends that focus on artificial intelligence, the brand bets on traditional technology that promotes social interaction, present in bars for a long time.
Developed to assist waiters, Hei is programmed to be friendly and has several assets to offer unique service to customers. In addition to helping with the service, the robot will share secrets and curiosities about Heineken, providing a memorable experience.
The action designed by Outpromo is part of the ‘Taste of Heineken, only Heineken’ campaign, which highlights the qualities that make the beer unique, such as its ingredients (water, malt, hops), the exclusive A yeast, the fermentation process in horizontal tanks and production with renewable energy. The objective is to reinforce the unmistakable flavor of Heineken, especially for consumers who ask for a “green” or are undecided about which beer to choose.
“Heineken is committed to providing the best experiences for its audience, offering good times for consumers, and with Hei it is no different. The innovative initiative allows the robot to interact with customers at the moment they most expect: to consume a Heineken”, says William Mazzucatto, Trade Marketing Manager at Heineken in Brazil.
The little robot will be present until next Sunday (2) in the following bars in the state of São Paulo:
- Quintal de Carmen and Só Santo, in Santo André (SP);
- JK Anastácio, in Vila Leopoldina;
- Geribá Bar, in Perdizes;
- Mate Doce, at Granja Julieta.
Take advantage of the holiday to get to know Hei, experience innovative service and learn more about your favorite beer!
