The concept store NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto NEO was developed to be a temporary construction, using sustainable materials. In December 2023, the flagship was dismantled and all waste was sent for reuse, recycling or composting and, to preserve this award-winning legacy, NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto NEO, in partnership with the startup 3blocks, digitized the store in 3D, recreating the flagship space in a virtual environment.
From May 28th, in a simple and safe way, consumers will be able to have an immersive experience, getting to know each environment and the entire story of NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto NEO, from anywhere in Brazil. Furthermore, the 3D store is integrated with the brand’s e-commerce, making it possible to purchase products online, as if you were visiting the real space.
“We want to provide an immersive experience that conveys the essence of NEO. In addition to exploring every corner of the store, the consumer will learn more about the space, in a circular narrative, which is based on the structure of the store itself”, comments Tiago Buischi, Director of Coffee Marketing at Nestlé.
Thiago Pereira, Managing Partner at 3blocks, comments that the startup’s immersive-commerce is an additional layer integrated into e-commerce to present products in an immersive and interactive way. Allows use for events, training, augmented reality, lives, gamification and promotions.
The results are: enriched demonstration, greater engagement and humanization of e-commerce.
