VML, Energy BBDO and Clear Channel were some of the companies that had hires or promotions
Short week with few movements in the market. At VML the associated creative duo Fernanda Machado e Jean Guelrein addition to Isaac Serruya, were promoted to creative directors. From now on, they will report to Sleyman Khodoragency CCO.
With the promotions, Fernanda and Jean, previously responsible for the Vivo account, are now working on other fronts. Fernanda will lead projects for Ford, Kenvue and Shell.
Jean will take on campaigns for Brazil and Latin America, in addition to global Coca-Cola projects. Isaac, in turn, will be in charge of Grupo Petrópolis, WeWork and Unicef. Previously, he was responsible for Cogna and C&A accounts.
Me and Energy BBDO hired Tania Almeida for the position of planning director. In the market for 15 years, the professional has worked in both Brazilian and international agencies, including the global ones Ogilvy and Leo Burnett, serving accounts such as Unilever, P&G, Fiat, Carrefour, Extra, Bayer and Kraft Heinz.
Tania arrives with the challenge of leading the Tigre account – which is completing one year at the agency.
In addition to the director, the account is reinforced by Gabriela Hahnplanning manager, Enzo Lopesplanning assistant, and Isolan Felixcommunity manager, which together will be led by the head of strategy and data, Priscilla Ceruti.

A Clear Channel announced changes to the commercial structure of the São Paulo and programmatic team. The move includes internal hiring and promotions with the aim of strengthening the company’s ability to offer outdoor media solutions.
Clear Channel’s commercial team now has Ana Brito as commercial manager and responsible for the São Paulo and Campinas teams, Paulo Pereira, Guto Machado e Ricardo Moriwaki as customer service executives in São Paulo.
Already Deborah Spader will take over the Porto Alegre and Caxias do Sul market and Adriana Lira will be responsible for Brasília. They will all respond to William Freitascommercial head of Brazil.
