Globo presented the new ESG campaign with the theme “Whoever works at Globo also works for the globe”, showing how the company’s content encourages debate on important causes for society.
The campaign features three films starring presenters Rita Batista, Luciano Huck and Aline Midlej. “We set up a large LED panel and used unreal, virtual production technology to make everything happen in real time on set. Images of our content were projected onto the LED sphere, which transforms into the Globo brand and then planet Earth , drawing a parallel between our symbol and the globe, which is the basis of the concept of this campaign. These films begin a communication that will remain alive throughout the year. Just as Globo seeks to make a difference every day, The campaign will also feature short films that show, in practice, how the company reflects in the content of its platforms the six commitments publicly assumed in the ESG Agenda”, explains Ricardo Moyano, director of brand creation and communications at Globo.
In the first film, the images are from programs on environmental themes and Rita Batista explains that, while Globo tells stories every day, it also works in a sustainable way. The film is signed with the slogan of the company’s ESG agenda, “Making a Difference Every Day”.
Two other films complete the campaign. Aline Midlej will star in the play that addresses Globo’s efforts to increase diversity. Luciano Huck will star in the film that explains the social impact of all the content produced by the company’s platforms.
