After successful food partnerships with Cacau Show and Ferrero, it’s time for Finish bring products inspired by the Harry Potter universe to the market. Leader in the gelatin and regaliz candies segment in Brazil, the brand presents the first line of gelatin candies inspired by the saga, a charming novelty for Finilovers and Potterheads. The release was carried out in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP).
The main objective of the new feature is to further strengthen the brand’s connection with Millennials and Generation Z, in addition to strengthening its leadership in the gelatin and regaliz category in the country. The candies come in delicious flavors and iconic shapes alluding to elements from the Harry Potter universe: the Sorting Hat, in the flavors of strawberry, lemon lime, tutti-frutti and green apple; lightning, which references the wizard’s unique scar, in cherry and pineapple flavors; Harry’s raspberry and tangerine glasses; and the owl Hedwig, of blackberries and wild fruits.
The 70-gram packaging has a sophisticated aesthetic, with shades of blue and gold that recall the visual elements of the Harry Potter films. They include the product name, icons associated with the series and have a transparent area to facilitate item identification.
“We saw that Brazil is one of the countries with the greatest affinity with the Harry Potter Universe, with a loyal community since its debut in cinemas and on all other screens, encompassing different generations of fans. In the same way, Fini has been following the trends and evolution of generations and adapting both in language and in content creation to be increasingly closer and connected to consumers”, says Bianca de Paula, Fini’s Communications Manager.
The products are available at various points of sale, including retail, franchises, brand e-commerce, convenience stores, wholesalers and distributors throughout Brazil, with an average price of R$7.49. To publicize the news, Fini is carrying out campaigns and actions on its social networks.
