The company restructured its Programming area, giving independence to Marketing, which will be led by Samantha Almeida, who will consolidate marketing strategy activities, product communication, events calendar, digital strategy for @tvglobo profiles and be at the forefront of activations of the 60th birthday celebration calendar.
With this movement, Amauri Soares, executive director of TV Globo and Estúdios Globo, also invests in the Directorate of Innovation and Diversity in Content at Estúdios Globo, until today occupied by Samantha, inviting Kellen Julio.
Kellen implemented Globo’s Diversity and Inclusion area, developing the strategy and establishing processes, goals and concrete results to increase diversity and representation throughout the company. From now on, Kellen will put his experience at the service of expanding diversity work in entertainment content.
At TV Globo, Samantha will be alongside Leonora Bardini, Programming director; by Gabriel Jacome, director of Content Management; by Chico Leão, Director of Promotions; by Lauro Teixeira, director of Market Intelligence; Patrícia Rego, Director of Affiliates; and Maximiliano Oliveira, director of Regional Channels.
At Estúdios Globo, Kellen will be alongside the genre directors: Dramaturgy, José Villamarim; of Varieties, Mariano Boni; from Realities, Boninho; of Humor, Patrícia Pedrosa; from Auditorium, Monica Almeida; of Musicals, Raoni Carneiro; in addition to the director of Content Production, Fabiana Moreno, and the director of Artistic Talents, Bernardo Portugal.
