The Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB) confirmed Medley’s sponsorship of the Parque Time Brasil Olympic Festival. The event will take place between July 20th and August 11th, at Parque Villa-Lobos, in São Paulo.
The brand joins forces with others such as Eletromidia and Rede Transamérica to be part of the initiative developed in partnership with DC Set Group and Deponto.
“We are very honored and excited about this partnership, which has total synergy with the moment we are in, when talking about the triad of mental health, sport and effectiveness. At Parque Time Brasil, we will reinforce our credentials as an ‘Effective in everything it does’ brand, while bringing all our support in this very important year for Team Brasil. We are preparing a space at Villa Lobos with several activations so that the public can experience our brand attributes and the world of democratic sport”, explained Denise Mello, CMO of Medley.
Inspired by an Olympic Village, Parque Time Brasil aims to connect fans, supporters, sports practitioners, athletes, former athletes and artists.
The event organizers expect to receive around 1.5 million people over the 23 days of programming. In total, there will be 12 hours a day of attractions that include eight free sports clinics, a stage for shows, a cultural and gastronomic festival of the nations and space for sponsor activations and activities.
“The arrival of Medley further enhances our project, which is to offer an unprecedented experience to all people of different age groups. It will be a privilege to enjoy the spectacle of the Olympic Games in a free and carefully prepared environment to show the integration of sport with health, art and cultural diversity”, highlighted Camila Bahia, Head of Sports at DC Set Group and project executive.
The public will be able to follow the official broadcast of the Opening Ceremony and competitions, in addition to interacting with the main Brazilian athletes, after all, Parque Time Brasil will be their first stop when they return from Paris.
