NWB announced the hiring of a new director of marketing and commercial planning. The professional heads the areas of marketing, content intelligence, commercial planning and Teia NWB, a network with 880 content creators affiliated with NWB.
At the company, the executive will focus on the company’s growth by strengthening digital products, content brands and squads of creators in the market.
“NWB is at a very promising moment with investment in new content projects with broadcasts, creator squads and programming. I arrive to direct the transformation of these projects into products for the market. We are focused on offering our customers the best solutions to advance on their digital journeys with sport”, said Erika Dias, director of marketing and commercial planning.
With a 17-year career, she has expertise in developing strategies for new digital products, content creation and platform distribution. Previously, Erika worked at companies such as Porta dos Fundos, in the planning and strategy area, Warner, in the innovation area, and more recently worked as head of creators and partnerships at Kwai.
