The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MMA), the Brazilian Association of Soft Drinks and Non-Alcoholic Beverage Industries (ABIR) and the National Association of Collectors of Recyclable Materials (Ancat) launched the second phase of the “Create Esse” campaign Habit”, with the aim of encouraging recycling and educating consumers about the importance of consciously disposing of packaging consumed outside the home.
The video will be shown for a month, starting on June 17th, on the screens of the baggage carousels at Brasília airport, in honor of June Green.
“We have done a lot of work at the Ministry with the creation of programs to help cities make their climate action plans and, within this agenda, deal with solid waste, its efficient management and responsibilities, with integrated action from the point of view of companies and governments for this revolution to be carried out on a sustainable basis, is fundamental. The Create This Habit campaign is an excellent example of this union, informing consumers about the conscious disposal of packaging and highlighting the importance of the socio-productive inclusion of collectors”, explains Adalberto Maluf, national secretary for urban environment and environmental quality at the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change.
