Halisson Pontarolla assumes the presidency of the association
Central de Outdoor announced the new board of directors elected by member companies, at an Ordinary Assembly. Halisson Pontarolla (Outdoormidia) assumes the presidency of the association previously chaired by João Batista de Oliveira (Rede Outdoor).
Valério Junkes (Vêmais) takes over as vice-president and João Batista de Oliveira as president of the Board. Fabi Soriano remains Executive Director of Central de Outdoor.
Among the new board’s plans are leading discussions and establishing agendas that strengthen the outdoor media sector, promoting cities connected with OOH and DOOH media, promoting the regionalization of OOH beyond the Rio-São Paulo axis, attracting more agents from advertising market, including agencies and the main advertisers, in addition to maintaining the ad automation platform, ECOSS OOH, a reference in metrics and OOH and DOOH media inventory.
“It is with great enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility that I assume the presidency of Central de Outdoor with the new board’s ambitious plans for the future of our association, which will focus on the entire ecosystem that OOH and DOOH media is present in. Our activities will not be limited only to large centers such as Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. We want to reinforce the positioning of Brazil with “S” and Brazil with “Z”, highlighting our identity and cultural diversity in all regions of the country”, says Halisson Pontarolla, president from the Outdoor Center.
