Have you ever thought about finding a place where you can share your questions about intimate health, connect with other girls who are going through the same experiences as you and still get several benefits? Thinking about offering all these possibilities in one place, IntimateKimberly-Clark’s feminine care brand, has just launched its own digital community, encouraging a collective where girls and women can connect and exchange stories, information and questions in a welcoming, interactive and safe environment.
The Intimus Community allows different profiles to connect without stigma, with safe and comfortable interactions on various topics, such as intimate health, menstruation, sexuality and self-care. Furthermore, it is possible to ask questions and even share a “friendly tip” for someone who needs it.
“We want to bring together people who are going through the same experiences during their cycles in a welcoming and informative space, thinking about sharing thoughts, doubts and stories in a single place. Intimus aims to encourage female progress, and we know that offering reliable and quality information is a way of contributing to their advancement. In addition to being a safe place, it is a way to support girls who are starting on the journey of intimate self-knowledge”, says Marisa Cazassa, executive Marketing manager at Kimberly-Clark in Brazil.
More than a social network, the brand’s new channel creates connections on a social network with dynamic content. The Community is mediated by Intimus’ geek character, Crimson, who uses the strength of menstruation to his advantage, gaining superpowers during the cycle. On the social network, she interacts with consumers who end up earning points that can be exchanged for benefits, such as Intimus products or even discounts with the brand’s partners.
To participate in the Intimus Community, it’s simple: just access the official site and register for free. If the consumer is a minor, it is necessary to provide the name and email of a responsible adult.
The launch of the platform features PR activation led by the PROS agency, responsible for the curation and influencer strategy, bringing informative content with gynecologist Rebeca Gerhardt, talking about intimate health and answering users’ questions, in addition to the participation of the brand ambassador , Bibi Tatto (@bibitatto), and a team of influencers composed of Bárbara Coura (@barbaracoura), Sarah Alves (@sarahalvx) and Bárbara Marcondes (@barbramarcondes), who will amplify the news on social media and will also participate in the Community, interacting with the participants.
ECGlobal, a company focused on consumer insights from Haus of the Stefanini Group, is responsible for creating the platform, with insights for the production and execution of the community; and the FCB agency is responsible for the media plan, with digital content on Intimus’ social networks.
