Paulo Camargo intends to implement best practices and drive innovation
Zamp, master franchisee of the Burger King and Popeyes brands in Brazil, announced Paulo Camargo as the company’s new CEO.
With more than 30 years of experience in consumer goods, retail, franchising and services, Camargo aims to implement best practices and insights to continually drive innovation and processes, maintaining each brand’s unique identity.
“My challenge is to establish a solid foundation for sustainable growth, with cutting-edge infrastructure to operate on several fronts, using technological resources and excellence in people management. I intend to learn a lot from Zamp’s more than 16 thousand employees. Being close to them is crucial in this new phase that we are building”, says the new CEO of Zamp.
Camargo was recently CEO of Espaçolaser. Before that, he led the Brazil division of Arcos Dorados, where he implemented an efficient and modern operating model. He also has international experience, including serving as CEO of Iron Mountain in Spain and leading Yum Brands.
