Brand sponsors athletes Rayssa Leal, Filipe Mota, Giovanni Vianna and Gabryel Aguilar
Snickers presented the team of ambassadors in Brazil, with skateboarder Rayssa Leal, Olympic runner-up and current two-time champion of the SLS Super Crown and X Games, Filipe Mota, cover of Trasher Magazine in the 2024 edition, Giovanni Vianna, current champion of the Super Crown of SLS and confirmed for his second Olympics, and Gabryel Aguilar, champion of Rio Conquest and STU National in the street modality.
“We are excited about this project, which reflects our commitment to the sector and to supporting sport in Brazil. Rayssa Leal is an athlete who goes beyond sport, she represents the country and inspires thousands of people in various parts of the world”, says Denise Door, CMO of Mars Wrigley, the company that owns the Snickers brand.
With the concept of “You’re not you when you’re hungry”, the partnership, signed for the next two years, reinforces the brand’s strategy to increasingly strengthen its relationship with the Generation Z audience.
The sponsorship also extends to Rayssa Leal’s private track in Imperatriz (MA) and to the “Skate das Minas” event, created by the athlete to reveal female talents on the scene.
This year, the brand️ also became an official sponsor of major events and spaces dedicated to the category, such as Street League Skateboarding (SLS) and Layback.
