XP announced that it will provide official investment advice to athletes from the Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB). It is the first time that Team Brasil will be able to count on the support of investment advisors to plan their financial lives.
“It’s a movement that puts us at the forefront and provides our Olympic heroes with the best possible guidance, so they can focus on their sporting performances, breaking records and overcoming “impossible”, as we seek to do at XP”, says Bernardo Ulmo, partner from XP and responsible for the project within the company.
The action will feature a video recorded with athletes and investment advisors, which draws a parallel between the “elite of Brazilian sport and the elite of financial advisory”, relating COB athletes and XP, broadcast on digital media.
On social media, a web series will be launched in which XP advisors have a relaxed chat with Team Brasil’s XP athletes, to reinforce the importance of having a financial support network on the journey to breaking records.
The actions are part of XP’s marketing campaign for the Olympic Games, which has the motto #FechaComOBrasa. Among the planned actions are in-person activations in Brazil and France, pay TV, OOH media, content on social networks, collabs, among other fronts.
