In his new role, Flávio Leite will be dedicated to Claro’s customer service. The new head will centralize the performance vision of all customer fronts under the same leadership and reinforce the media structure, led by Thiago Fernandesexecutive director of channels and audiences.

Caio Cavallari, who will lead the Downy and Ariel brands in Brazil, has been promoted to senior marketing director. Finally, Roberta Quaresma, currently the design marketing director for Garment Care in Brazil, will lead the Oral-B brand, promoted to senior marketing director.
HubSpot: new director
