Marcello Droopy joins the team led by Rodrigo Niemeyer
Purpple announced the arrival of Marcello Droopy as creative director to join the team led by Rodrigo Niemeyer, head of creation.
With over 25 years of experience, he has worked for agencies such as Talent Marcel, Lew’Lara/TBWA and Cheil, serving major brands such as Claro, Ipiranga, Mapfre, Oreo, J&J, Renault, Santander and Samsung.
The professional has been recognized for his work at important advertising festivals, such as Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio, FIAP, Wave, CCSP, Effie and Professionals of the Year, from Rede Globo. Before Purpple, Droopy spent a year as head of marketing at the startup Vitamine-se.
“With the arrival of new clients, we decided to open another creative director position to continue serving each client with the level of care, attention and creativity that has brought us here. We invited Droopy to this challenge not only because of his long history behind iconic brands in large agencies, but also because of his incredible personality and human approach to the business, essential points for Purpple’s culture as a whole”, says Rodrigo Niemeyer.
