The businessman and bigger streamer of eSports in Brazil Gauls announces that it will exclusively broadcast 21 sports of the Esports World Cup (EWC), the first eSports World Cup. The event takes place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from today (3) until August 25, and features competitions in games such as Counter Strike 2, League of Legends, Fortnite, Free Fire, Rocket League, Mobile Legends, Call of Duty MW3, Warzone, Tekken, Street Fighter, Starcraft, among others.
The EWC represents a unique opportunity for Gaules, who aims to transform his YouTube channel into an esports broadcasting hub, bringing more sports and new experiences to the platform.
“We are the home of eSports, and we maintain our Twitch channel for Counter Strike 2 championships, but now we have created a space where we can broadcast different games, bring exclusive content and integrate Tribe members to offer a complete experience”, explains streamer.
Unprecedented Initiative
This initiative not only expands the reach of Gaules, which is already the largest in the country, but also fills a gap in the Brazilian eSports scene.
“We will provide coverage, as is done on television, offering broadcasts of various sports and creating a meeting point for the community. We are excited to work on more sports, outside of CS, where we are so well known. This is just the beginning of a project that has everything to contribute to the growth of the eSports market in Brazil and, together, to increase the community even more”, concludes Gaules.
In addition to broadcasting EWC competitions, the goal is to make fans feel like an integral part of this historic event, providing complete and interactive coverage that goes beyond simple broadcasting.
