Campaign created by AlmapBBDO shows how the app that monitors body temperature and sends a command to the air conditioning works
LG has launched its beta phase of the “Menopause Mode” project, which combines artificial intelligence with ThinQ connectivity technology and smartwatches. For this moment, the brand announced the launch of a campaign that shows how the solution works.
The film, created by AlmapBBDO, shows how the devices can identify and respond to a problem faced by women who are in the menopause phase, sudden waves of body heat, using an app that monitors body temperature, heart rate and blood oxygenation in real time, identifying cases throughout the night and sending a command to the LG Dual Inverter +AI air conditioner to lower the temperature and cool the environment.
“In addition to being an app that contributes to women’s well-being, Menopause Mode is taking the smart home to a new level. For the first time, it will work with the body’s vital signs,” said Lilian Cavallini, Head of Creative Technology at AlmapBBDO.
In addition to the film, the project includes digital actions and content that address menopause, starring personalities such as Adriane Galisteu and Carol Loback.
“Here at LG, we always seek to employ Artificial Intelligence to offer benefits to consumers, and this new development is proof of how technology can truly improve people’s lives, starting with the initiative’s partners Adriane Galisteu and Carol Loback. With this action, we emphasize our commitment to applying the intelligence of affection, one of the pillars of our global positioning, together with our Life’s Good purpose,” explained Rodrigo Fiani, vice president of IT, B2B and air conditioning sales at LG Brazil.
