Virtual influencer participated in meeting in the Avakin Life game
O Boticário took Satiko, a virtual influencer, to skip its first carnival within the brand’s in-game action in the virtual reality game, Avakin Life, continuing the brand’s strategy in the gamer universe.
From February 22nd to March 7th, O Boticário is present at the game’s carnival event with its store located in Praça Brasil with dynamics such as carnival blocks, fashion contests, in addition to new skins inspired by the brand’s products.
O Boticário teamed up with the influencer, who has more than 24 thousand followers on Instagram, who debuted in the game universe with an avatar in Avakin Life with skins from O Boticário, betting on looks with hair and makeup finishing.
“Satiko is not just a representative of the future in networks, but an existing virtual reality and a big step towards establishing our presence in this universe”, commented Natalia Calixto, Director of Media, CRM, Loyalty and Insights.
Players can interact in the blocks that were named Match and Intense, Boticário’s hair and makeup brands, respectively — where they will compete in a fashion contest. Among the main looks presented by users, a large part is made up of customization possibilities offered in the Boticário digital store and others specific to Carnival, made available by the game. Satiko will enter the contest and players will be able to participate and vote.
In addition to Satiko, O Boticário brought to Avakin a squad of influencers from games, beauty and who move between the two worlds to participate in the brand’s activities within the game. They are: Nyvi Estephan, Nath Araújo, Bruna Paolo, Camila Pudim, Emerson Damas, Gabi Almeida, Ana Xisdê, Jê and Ichbin Julia.
