Ambev, Grupo Boticário and iFood are on the Innovative Workplaces 2024 list
MIT Technology Review Brasil, the Brazilian version of Technology Review, a content platform from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), has released the 20 most innovative companies in Brazil.
The Innovative Workplaces 2024 list takes into account the segment of activity and companies are analyzed from four different perspectives: management, marketing, processes and products.
The 20 companies that received the seal of approval in 2024 were, in alphabetical order: Alelo, Ambev, Boston Scientific, Bradesco Seguros S/A, Brasilprev, Generali, Gerdau, Grupo Boticário, iFood, Itaipu Binacional, Mobiup, NTT DATA, Oxygea Ventures, Petrobras, SAS, Brasil, Teleperformance CRM, TIM, Vibra Energia and VLI and Vivo.
Among those selected, the sectors that stood out the most were technology, with six companies, and insurance, finance and electricity, with two. The companies Generali, iFood and Vibra received the Innovative Workplaces Brasil seal for the third time. Ambev, Boston Scientific, Bradesco Seguros, Brasilprev, Petrobras, SAS and Vivo won it twice. Alelo, Grupo Boticário, Gerdau, Itaipu Binacional, Mobiup, NTT Data, Oxygea Ventures, Teleperformance, TIM and VLI received the award for the first time.
“It is possible to observe that there are some patterns in companies that have in fact incorporated the innovation process and therefore stand out in the Brazilian scenario. These are companies that are constantly thinking of ways to destroy and rebuild their own business”, says André Miceli, CEO of MIT Technology Review Brazil and coordinator of the research.
