Dreamers Group Agency Announces Restructuring Focusing on Three Business Units
A Next, Agile methodology agency of Grupo Dreamers, presented changes in the organizational structure, marking a significant moment upon completing four years.
As part of the changes, Cláudia Scott, previously Director of Customer Service, has been promoted to the position of General Manager. In her new role, the executive will report directly to Marcelo Conduru, CEO of Next.
In addition, the agency also announces structural changes with the implementation of three business units for integrated operations, led by Branda Luz, Laís Maalouf and Eduardo Diehl, Business Unit Directors.
Branda has extensive experience in team coordination and project management and will be responsible for clients in Rio de Janeiro, in addition to other shared accounts.
Laís, an advertising professional with 11 years of experience in the market, has experience in customer relations and project management. The professional will lead the advertisers’ team based in São Paulo.
Finally, Eduardo is an entrepreneur with extensive knowledge in managing creative teams, and will be the executive responsible for the unit focused on direct clients in Rio de Janeiro and the Northeast.
“With this new structure, we will have more autonomy and development. The Dreamers Group will see a more strategic Next, aligned with the ecosystem’s objectives, while our customers will be able to expect even greater proximity and partnership. We are ready to grow even more, without losing our decisive, partnership-oriented and uncomplicated essence”, says Marcelo Conduru, CEO of Next.
The agency’s clients include companies such as Edenred, V.tal, Direct Link and B&T, which are part of the agency’s B2B core, created to meet the needs of companies through personalized services.
