A Registera global technology, communications, data and strategy company, announces the arrival of Adilson Batista to lead the Branding & Creativity area as vice president. The executive comes with the mission of developing new service offerings and integrating artificial intelligence into the creative process, empowering the team to explore the full potential of this technology.

With experience in creative leadership, Batista has a career marked by innovation and results. He began his career in the field of digital technologies, contributing to the introduction of the D-Link brand in Brazil and participating in pioneering projects in the early stages of the internet in the country. As the internet became an influential medium, his professional journey turned to marketing, where he stood out as an executive at renowned agencies such as Wunderman Thompson and Young & Rubicam, even founding his own agency, Adbat/Today. In his most recent project, he created his own Generative AI platform.
“With the evolution of the internet and the emergence of digital services, I expanded my horizons and delved into strategic and service design. Today, I work in a hybrid zone between technology, marketing and design, moving between these disciplines similar to the positioning of next gen “In my new challenge, I will lead a team of over 80 professionals, seeking to transform each member into an AI superuser without losing sight of creativity and end-to-end human supervision. It will be a cultural change that places creativity at the center of business strategies,” explains Adilson Batista.
Another focus of the executive will be the strengthening of strategies based on data and personalization for customers, always seeking innovations that can add value to the service provided by Cadastra.
“We will develop a new line of action focused on branding and brand positioning, integrated campaigns and new services. We will review and improve existing services, develop customer journeys and create innovative digital platforms”, reinforces Cadastra’s new VP.
Adilson Batista succeeds Hugo Novaes, who leaves the organization for a sabbatical after 10 years of contributing to Cadastra’s creative area.
“Hugo Novaes played a very important role both in the consolidation of Cadastra and in our latest growth curve. We are grateful for his dedication and wish him success in his new projects,” says Thiago Bacchin.
