Itaú Personnalité presented its new campaign which aims to highlight the benefits offered to its customers.
The piece, created by Galeria and produced by Saigon, uses the statement “At Itaú Personnalité, you don’t have to choose, you have both” and features 14 films that accompany tutorials to help customers purchase products through the app.
Due to its long-standing relationship with tennis, the campaign takes place within a fictional tournament, nicknamed Personnalité Open, and to materialize it, a high-standard official-size court was structured, in addition to a circuit with a food area and tournament store.
“The interest of the high-income public in tennis has been growing in Brazil and around the world. For Itaú Unibanco, tennis has always been an important territory and it gained even more prominence with the repositioning of Itaú Personnalité last year. To carry out this campaign, in addition to creating an environment worthy of the tournament, we sought to reflect typical situations in the tennis universe, such as the choice of the type of serve, the racket, the famous coin toss, the typical scene in the audience, and even the purchase of exclusive items from the tournament store”, said Aline D’Ávila Bozzi, marketing superintendent at Itaú Unibanco.
The communication will include national broadcasting on TV, digital strategy and Out-of-Home (OOH) media pieces.
“We want to show how Itaú Personnalité has a super complete product portfolio, which does not limit the customer to choosing between one benefit or another. In the world of tennis, we found analogies that fit perfectly with this objective. In addition, the campaign helps to reinforce our positioning in the tennis territory, which began with Alcaraz and has become even stronger with the recent growth of the sports culture on social networks”, comments Phil Daijó, Executive Creative Director of GALERIA.ag.
