First episode discusses inclusive practices in the workplace with Rafa Mores.
Carla Schultz, renowned speaker and consultant on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), is pleased to announce the launch of her latest project, the podcast and videocast ‘Echoes of Inclusion’. This new media channel aims to be an epicenter of transformative conversations that inspire change in corporate and social environments, promoting a reverberating impact of inclusion and equity through stories that resonate with a wide range of listeners.
Inspired by her personal journey as a mother of a daughter with Down syndrome, Carla created ‘Echoes of Inclusion’ to explore themes of diversity and intersectionality. The podcast will address issues related to all underrepresented groups, including women, ethno-racial communities, LGBT+, people of different generations and people with disabilities. The program will feature influential voices from the DE&I field, including activists, academics and leaders such as Rafa Mores, Ana Tomazelli and Mi Junco, each bringing unique perspectives that illuminate the challenges and victories associated with building more plural societies.
The first episode of ‘Echoes of Inclusion’ was released on July 11, where Carla Schultz interviews Rafa Mores, an influential voice in the DE&I community and a non-binary person who has been a vital advocate for inclusion and diversity. This episode explores Rafa’s experiences and perspectives on how to foster effective inclusive practices, highlighting the importance of embracing all identities in the workplace and beyond.
