In addition to being present at the event that takes place between November 9th and 10th, the brand will also be at the pre-festival
Vivo is reinforcing its positioning as a brand committed to racial equity and a cultural driver with the announcement of its sponsorship of Afropunk Brasil.
In addition to the event celebrating Afro-diasporic culture that takes place in Salvador on November 9th and 10th, the brand will also be present at Afropunk Experience, a capsule version of the festival that will be held on September 21st, in Belém.
“For Vivo, the appreciation of black culture and art is a priority and that is why we are together with Afropunk Brasil, strengthening the dialogue about the issues in favor of a more diverse and plural society”, explained Marina Daineze, Vivo’s Brand and Communications Director.
“For us, it is very important to join forces with brands that reaffirm the values of our festival, bringing a complete experience to our audience, both the faithful from Salvador and the new ones from Belém”, added Ana Amélia Nunes, communications director at IDW Conteúdo e Entretenimento, Afropunk’s full-service agency in the country.
