A Listena renowned Brazilian bean-to-bar chocolate brand, has announced the hiring of Renata Lamarco as its new Head of Marketing. With almost 20 years of experience in the sector, Renata brings an extensive resume, having worked at several of the main international agencies where she served clients such as Visa, Unibanco, Skol, McDonald’s and in her most recent stint, at Outback Brasil, where she held the position of Senior Marketing Director for over 10 years.
Renata joins Dengo with the challenge of strengthening the brand’s presence in the market, expanding its consumer base, and improving digital marketing and integrated communication strategies. She will join the multifunctional marketing team, which is responsible for developing creative campaigns, defining and planning brand management activities, and fostering consumer engagement and the consumer experience.

With a degree in Advertising from FAAP and a postgraduate degree from the University of Chicago, Renata has extensive experience in multinational and Brazilian companies in various segments. Her career includes expertise in brands, the consumer goods market, alcoholic beverages and food chains, with solid skills in marketing planning, communication and advertising strategy, and commercial execution. In addition to her skills, the executive is a partner at Makers, the largest community of CMOs in Brazil.
Renata’s arrival at Dengo reflects the brand’s commitment to continue innovating and leading the market for high-quality chocolates with a purpose, offering consumers a unique and differentiated experience with social impact.
