In this year’s project, 21 pairs of collaborators will undergo eight months of mentoring
WMcCann announced the opening of the third edition of the Mentoring Program for Black People. The project is part of the inclusion actions, aiming at accelerating the careers of black people and, this time, it will have 42 registered participants, the highest performance ever recorded since the first edition, in 2021.
During the eight months of mentoring between employees, the program, which uses the free methodology of the Goma Platform, created by Meta and EmpregueAfro, a consultancy in HR and ethnic-racial diversity, will feature monthly sessions that directly reflect on the development of both the mentees and the mentors, bringing together black professionals who seek to accelerate their careers with employees who already work in leadership positions.
