30-second film shows the journey of the Olympic flip-flop with a focus on Brazilian pride.
A Havaianasofficial sponsor of the Brazilian Olympic Committee in Paris 2024 Olympicslaunched a campaign with gymnast Rebeca Andrade, winner of the gold medal at the last edition of the Olympic Games.

The 30-second piece, with a concept by the DOJO agency, was produced by Immigrant and premiered during the Fantástico break and on the brand’s social media this Sunday (21).
“I was very happy to be invited by Havaianas to star in the campaign, especially because it represents the uniform of every Brazilian in such an important year for Team Brazil. Havaianas has been my long-time partner, even before it became official. It has been with me since the first moments of my life. In 2021, we signed our first official partnership right after the Games, and now we are together again. Happiness sums it all up!”, shared the athlete.
The campaign highlights Brazilianness as the brand’s core strength, reflecting the swing and joy that make up the Brazilian identity. The classic flip-flop with the Brazilian flag on the strap, which will be worn by athletes at the opening of the Games, is shown on a journey that symbolizes the Olympic torch relay, passing by real characters until it reaches the feet of Rebeca Andrade on the banks of the River Seine.
“This film will certainly move people and reinforce the pride of being Brazilian. Every detail portrays our Brazilianness in a positive, light and joyful way, capturing the unique essence of our nation. Havaianas is an icon, enchanting all Brazilians, whether they are Brazilian by blood or by heart. No TikTokHavaianas will also show behind the scenes and a POV called “You are the Havaianas in the film”, with the brand’s reactions to followers’ participation to maintain engagement with the Games theme.
