In a special celebration of its 12 years in the advertising market, Batuca presented important changes to its leadership team this month. Suani Campagnollo, who has been part of the agency since 2018, takes over as Operations Director at the Bento Gonçalves headquarters; Tuane Invernizzi, in turn, takes over as Center Manager.
The official announcement was made during an event at the renowned Valle Rustico restaurant, run by chef Rodrigo Bellora, which featured a special menu and a talk on creative processes and the challenge of innovating in the kitchen. Batuca’s customers and partners were present, reinforcing the importance of the occasion.

With a degree in journalism and specializations in Strategic Planning from FGV and ESPM, Suani Campagnollo brings solid experience in communications, having worked in the commercial and marketing sectors before joining the world of agencies. Previously, she worked in the areas of media, production coordination and customer service at Batuca, standing out for managing teams and strategies for renowned brands.

Tuane Invernizzi began her career as a designer and later specialized in marketing in the furniture sector. Since joining Batuca in 2020, she has played a crucial role in serving major clients such as Aurora, UCS and Volare. The position as core manager will allow her to continue applying her expertise in design and communication, coordinating teams and ensuring the delivery of projects that meet the strategic needs of clients.
