Having been in the digital marketing market for five years, digital media company IMMakers 4DS has just formed a holding company to group together the three companies created during this period. The IMM group now includes: Ada Influencers, Okto Performance and IMMakers 4DS itself.
To adapt to this new phase, the group’s CEO, Allex Baptista, appointed Sandra Rodrigues as commercial VP for all of the group’s companies. At IMMakers 4DS, Otávio Lacerda (formerly of Act Digital) was hired as marketing coordinator, in addition to Roberto Luiz Medea Filho (formerly of Vibra Digital) and Giovanna Gastaldi (formerly of Grupo RBS’s digital project manager) as sales executives. Director Marcus Garcia is responsible for ensuring the technical and operational support of the companies.
“With the growth we have experienced in the five years of the company and the range of clients from different areas of activity that we serve, we have created and offered different products to meet all this demand. This encouraged us to create companies, grouping them together in a cohesive way, with the aim of addressing the specific needs of each service offered and ensuring the quality of service”, commented Baptista.
