Larissa Lima and Miguel Alvarez are the new additions to the team led by Denise Poerner
FCB Brasil has reinforced its customer service team, led by Denise Poerner, with the arrival of supervisor Larissa Lima and manager Miguel Alvarez.
Larissa is an advertising professional who has worked with brands such as Extra, Bradesco, Rede Iguatemi, as well as Trident, Samsung and Mitsubishi at the agencies Leo Burnett, David São Paulo and Tech & Soul. At FCB Brasil, she will join Aurora’s team.
Miguel Alvarez is Colombian and has a degree in marketing and advertising, as well as music in his native country. He has over 12 years of experience in communications agencies in the customer service area.
He has worked with brands such as Nestlé, Decolar, Despegar, Porto Seguro, Kimberly Clark-LAO (Latin America Operation), Karvi, Minerva Foods and UNDP (United Nations Development Program) in agencies such as FCB Colombia (FCB/Mayo), McCann Colombia, Ref+. And now he has returned to FCB Brazil to serve CVC Turismo.
