Campaign developed by AlmapBBDO includes films, TV sponsorships, out of home media and digital presence
Perdigão is celebrating 90 years of history and has presented a new campaign entitled “Demanding Palates” with the new slogan “Perdigão. The taste of eating together”, highlighting it as a brand with a democratic flavor that understands and satisfies everyone, including demanding palates.
Developed by the AlmapBBDO agency and produced by Saigon Filmes and Jamute, the campaign includes 30″ films, which lightly personify people with demanding palates through characters such as “the father-in-law” and “the teenage niece”, who evaluate dishes such as feijoada with smoked sausages from Perdigão, and breaded chicken, represented by Big Chicken, and the approval is unanimous.
“If there’s anything better than eating something delicious, it’s knowing that everyone else also loved what you cooked. Based on this human desire to please, we created our campaign, playing with the codes of cooking reality shows to show how it feels to cook for others,” explains Fernando Duarte, creative director at AlmapBBDO.
Through the “eating together” positioning, which translates the brand mission that uses food as a link between people, the ad reinforces how satisfying it is to please those we love with the message “Happiness is pleasing everyone. Happiness has the flavor of Perdigão”.
The new campaign marks the beginning of a new era for Perdigão, which now features new packaging, a new logo and a new color palette, celebrating nine decades.
“This campaign is an important milestone in our trajectory. In addition to reinforcing the trust of our consumers for 90 years, it is the first of many movements that will consolidate our leadership in the market in the second half of the year. We are starting a new era with our renewed visual identity and a strategic rebranding”, says Marina Secaf, executive marketing manager at Perdigão.
With a 360º strategy, the campaign includes, in addition to films, TV sponsorships, out of home media and digital presence.
