Thiago Balma announced the launch of Balma Films, a new production company that is entering the national market. The company was created with the goal of integrating voices through a process of collaboration.
In addition to Balma, who will be in charge of executive management, business development and talent management, the company will also have Luiz Whately as associate stage director.
Among the team of partners are also Juliana Martellotta, Dulcidio Caldeira and Thales Aburaya, who already have partnerships in the production companies Boiler Filmes, Boiler Entretenimento, LadyBird and Crème Company.

We want to show the market the strength, impact and importance that executive production has. I am very happy to join Juliana, an executive I admire greatly, as I have followed her work and development for a long time. In addition to Luiz Whately, who is an associate director at Balma Films, the company also has Caro Bradilli, Chica Andrade and the Duo Clara+Zé in its casting of directors.
