Jason Goldberg, Retail Expert and Director of Commerce Strategy at Publicis Groupe
Known on social media as @retailgeek, the retail expert whose expertise attracts a large online audience is recognized as one of the industry’s top influencers.
Goldberg, who has an engaging and lighthearted approach to business challenges, will discuss six trends for the future of retail, such as digital grocery and the emergence of exclusive brands, as well as outline ways to solve the most common challenges that retailers face on a daily basis.
Zeina Latif, award-winning author and economist
Is there a way out for Brazil? This is what Zeina Latif, elected the best chief economist by the Order of Economists of Brazil and a finalist for the 2023 Jabuti Prize with her book “Nós do Brasil: nossa Patrimônios e nossa Escolhas” (We of Brazil: our inheritances and our choices), will discuss. Pascal Finette, author and Head of Entrepreneurship and Open Innovation at Singularity University
The insights brought by Finette are the result of a thorough analysis of thousands of organizations and leaders who have been successful in reinventing themselves repeatedly, to maintain relevance even in an extremely changeable world like the contemporary one.
With three decades of experience in the technology sector, Pascal Finette has held leadership positions at companies such as Google, eBay and Mozilla. He is currently the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Open Innovation at Singularity University, as well as a writer and founder of the consultancies “Be Radical” and “The Heretic”, which trains leaders to face the most diverse challenges, always with a vision of innovation and disruption.
Pedro Fernandes, partner at McKinsey & Company
Pedro Fernandes, who is a partner and specialist in the Consumer Practice at McKinsey & Company, will present the three main consumer behavior trends observed by McKinsey in Brazilian and global retail, in addition to revealing an unprecedented indicator developed in partnership with Scanntech to measure the health of consumption in retail.
In addition to the lectures, the event will also mark the launch of the (IN)NOVA Award, a first-of-its-kind award that will recognize innovations that have an impact on the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
