Created by DPZ, the campaign consists of three films and actions on social media with influencer Lucas Selfie
Pizza Hut has reinforced its roots with the launch of the “Did it go wrong? Give me a Hut” campaign, celebrating the brand’s original pan crust and aiming to turn everyday meals into an extraordinary experience.
“We have expanded our portfolio to offer customers different products so that they can return to Pizza Hut on different occasions, both in our stores and for delivery. However, our focus will always be on our traditional Pan Pizza: our most characteristic product and the one most requested by customers,” says Camilla Ortenblad, marketing and commercial director of Pizza Hut at IMC Group.
The campaign, created by DPZ and produced by Surreal Hotel Arts, is made up of three films that show situations in which the characters buy other meal options, but immediately regret their choice when they come across people eating Pizza Hut.
“Our campaign, in a fun and nonsensical way, illustrates these moments of consumer regret, showing characters with their sad little meals, who after drooling over a Pizza Hut, realize they made the wrong choice. In other words: Did it go wrong? Give it a Hut!”, explains Heitor Caetano, creative director at DPZ.
The strategy also includes actions on social media with comedian and digital influencer, Lucas Selfie.
