Directed by JM Harper and Hector Aponysus, the play tells the story of the athlete and shows his day-to-day training routine.
On presented its second campaign starring Dominic Lokinyomo Lobalu, a Sudanese athlete who sought asylum in Switzerland, where he obtained his citizenship.
In the piece “To Chase a Dream”, directed by JM Harper and Hector Aponysus, from Park Pictures, the brand chose to highlight the trajectory of the athlete and Olympic runner, who competed for the Refugee Olympic Team in the middle and long distance events, at the Paris Olympic Games.
The film combines interviews with competition footage to tell the athlete’s story and aspirations. Over the course of nine minutes, Dominic talks about overcoming pain while running, as well as showing footage of training and his practice of German during physiotherapy sessions.
This is the second time that On has invested in the runner. The first time, the brand released “The Right To Race”, a 30-minute documentary starring the athlete.
