The event will take place from September 12 to 14 with the presentation of the Creative Brazil Award
The World Creativity Festival will return to São Paulo for the 2024 edition. Promoted by the World Creativity Organization, the festival will take place from September 12 to 14 with activities distributed in three different locations and the presentation of the Creative Brazil Award.
The opening will be on September 12th at Casa Natura Musical, with the presentation of the special edition celebrating ten years of the Prêmio Brasil Criativo and a special show. On the 13th, the program will focus on institutional and B2B discussions, including the 20th anniversary of the recognition of the Creative Economy by the UN, with the participation of Rubens Ricupero and Edna dos Santos-Duisenberg at the Centro Brasileiro Britânico. On the 14th, there will be a gastronomic fair open to the general public and content that makes up the paid program, at Hub Green Sampa (Praça Victor Civita).
Among the festival’s highlights are: Sergio Gordilho, partner at Africa Creative; Rafa Cappai, TEDx speaker, artist and creative entrepreneur; Genesson Honorato, director of innovation at Kuba Audio and professor at Fundação Dom Cabral; Jorge Brivilati, stage director and CEO of Bravo Film Company; Fabiana Lian, founder of On Stage Lab; Luna Vitrolira, singer, poet, composer and CMO of 99Jobs; Bruno Hoera, founding partner of Portland.
This year’s event will focus on all profiles that make up the creative economy, such as artists, entrepreneurs, professionals, investors and development agencies, with a diverse program for each of them.
Creative Brazil Award
The Prêmio Brasil Criativo is an award focused on the creative economy in Brazil. In 2024, the event will celebrate its 10th anniversary. “Since its first edition, the award has been sponsored by 3M. There are 11 regular categories and one rotating recognition category, which will be selected by a jury, and three recognition categories, which will be awarded based on the nomination of a committee,” explains Lucas Foster, country manager of the World Creativity Organization.
