Inclusive education promotes equal opportunities and boosts students’ personal and professional growth. This learning model, which aims to provide the ideal conditions for a promising future, is the mission of the social programs Ser Senac and Emprega Senac, from Senac-ES, presented in a campaign created by Ampla.
Ser Senac offers initiatives aimed at priority audiences, such as women, the LGBTQIAPN+ community, people with disabilities, in social vulnerability, homeless or with restricted freedom, among other specificities.
Emprega Senac integrates the classroom with the corporate market, providing courses aligned with current demands, in addition to technical programs, as well as undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various areas.
“The adopted communication ratifies Senac-ES’s new positioning – ‘Professional Education that Transforms’ – and seeks to show that the programs contribute to the development of essential skills not only in relation to the job market, but for life, strengthening self-confidence and resilience. In this sense, we highlight in the pieces the importance of an inclusive environment, in which diversity is valued and respected, promoting a culture of acceptance and understanding”, explains Thauana Moreira, head of art at Ampla-ES.
According to her, the campaign, with a TV film and actions on the institution’s social networks, highlights the importance, benefits and synergy of both programs in promoting inclusion in a comprehensive way, connecting the classroom and the corporate world.
