McDonald’s and Casa Riachuelo have joined forces in a partnership that aims to help people with a common challenge: folding fitted sheets.
With the partnership, when purchasing a single fitted sheet in the retailer’s participating stores, the consumer will receive a tutorial to learn how to fold it and a gift card worth R$50 that can be used to purchase a McOferta of snacks from the “Novos Brabos do Méqui” line.
“Being able to fold a fitted sheet is worthy of a day of glory, so there was no more fun and representative challenge than this one to launch to our customers. This is yet another action that is part of the ‘trousseau’ – literally – of our new Brabos campaign, which celebrates the small and big victories of everyday life”, said Sérgio Eleutério, marketing director at McDonald’s.
The union of the brands is part of the campaign “New Brabos. For the Days of Glory”, created by Galeria, which highlights other moments of glory in people’s lives, such as having a project delayed or winning a game.
“Everyone knows the challenge of folding a fitted sheet. It’s no surprise that there are countless videos on social media offering tips on how to master this task. So, considering that this was one of the most memorable moments of our campaign, we decided to highlight it with this incredible collaboration,” explained Rodrigo Marangoni, Executive Creative Director of the agency.
This Saturday (24), the sheets from the partnership will be available in 9 Casa Riachuelo stores, in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
“At Casa Riachuelo, we are always challenging ourselves to connect with all customer profiles, and bring inspiration and also real life. And we really believe in this union of two brands from seemingly different universes, which come precisely to celebrate achievements and everyday challenges in an irreverent and delightful way, and we are sure that the result of this campaign will be surprising”, added Cathyelle Schroeder, CMO of Riachuelo.
