The meeting will bring together 100 women to present data from the “Fifty and Nothing More” survey, as well as promote a chat on the topic
Coletivo 45+ and Amarelo have joined forces to promote the event “The Unprecedented Decade”, which will bring together around 100 women to present the study “Fifty and Nothing More”, on self-esteem, health, menopause, prejudice, work and emotional relationships of women aged 50 to 59.
According to data that will be officially presented on September 4, 81% of the 350 women interviewed often hear the comment ‘You don’t even look your age’, which led to the reflection that people’s repertoire about women over 50 is outdated.
Furthermore, among women who said they had already suffered some prejudice regarding age, 61% indicated that it came from a younger woman.
“The fifties are a decade of profound changes, full of good news and challenges, but still out of the spotlight, sometimes mixed up with other ages. We are heading there and it is important to understand what this decade is like for women today. In the gerund, because it is about the 50 to 59 of now, and not of our mothers”, said Mariane Maciel, founder of Amarelo.
In addition to the presentation of the research, the event will also have a debate panel with Vanessa Palazzi (@mulheresdequarenta), Adri Coelho Silva (@vivaacoroa); and Samanta Lopes (@samantalopes_br), Educational Coordinator at the MDI Program (ED&I and ESG) for Companies at Um.a.
The meeting will take place at Galeria Idea!Zarvos, the main supporter of the event, located in Jardins, and still has four support quotas under negotiation with the market so that partner brands can create a connection with the women who will be there through the brand’s logo in the main communications of the event, gifts for the event participants, presence in all CRM communications of the event, in addition to e-mail marketing for the event’s base.
